Italy: Gender and Organizational Change

How can organizations become gender-responsive and transformative? More women does not automatically mean more equality. Analyse success stories and barriers and go deeper by looking at gender as part of an organizational change management strategy rather than a stand-alone item on the agenda. For more information http://gender.itcilo.org/cms/ or write to gcu@itcilo.org

The ITC-ILO is launching a course on Gender and Organizational Change, 11-15 June, Turin (Deadline to apply: May 4, 2012). This training is particularly relevant for gender focal points, gender facilitators public and private institutions, civil society facing challenges on mainstreaming gender in their own organizations, in projects and in the community they work in. It is also relevant for managers and directors dealing with transformation in their organization as the workshop will focus on how to implement sustainable change. This training focuses on a method that can be used in all types of organizations. Institutions enrolling more than two participants in the course will be eligible to a 25% discount on the tuition fee for those additional participants.
